Romario Bio
Romario was born and raised in Montego Bay Jamaica. He moved to the United States in November of 2015. Before KNYT Romario was in the pursuit of becoming an Architect, he worked in the customer service and warehouse field. He’s always seeking opportunities to grow and use his leadership skills.
Romario is looking forward to his next step into our company. His favorite thing about being part of the team is that he gets the opportunity to work with and develop his team to reach their highest potential.
What keeps Romario going is his Belief to lead a life of significance by serving the people in his charge to leave a legacy, continually creating that life that contributes to the people who he’s connecting with.

Nishant Malik
Nishant grew up in India and was raised in a big, loving family. Here, values were not just taught but lived out each day, teaching him invaluable lessons in compassion, cooperation, and the importance of community.
In the bustling streets and cricket fields of his hometown, Nishant discovered a passion for the sport that would shape his character and instill a profound appreciation for teamwork. Guided by the wisdom of his elders, he learned the significance of moving with people, understanding that life's journey is best traveled together, hand in hand.
He then embarked on a global adventure, studying in India and France before arriving in the USA in 2019. There, he immersed himself in the melting pot of cultures, embracing it and deciding that this is where he wants to continue the next chapter of his life.
In 2020, Nishant kicked off his professional journey at Raptor Consulted Group in Raleigh, NC, before making moves to establish KNYT Consulting in Dallas, TX. Despite his success, he's stayed true to his roots, believing in community and helping others along the way.
As he keeps rolling with life's punches, Nishant is grateful for where he's been and excited for what's ahead.

When I moved to Dallas, I didn’t know where to begin with my career. There were some applications of mine floating around, but for the most part I didn’t have a clear destination. After seeing the team I knew I wanted to be a part of what they were up to. Everyone knew each other and greeted their friends with a handshake. People were smiling and wearing suits and I figured I wanted to look like that too. KNYT taught me how to raise the expectations I had for my life, how to run a business, and help others achieve the same goals.
